Setting up a security question for ULID Password Self-Reset

Set up a security question so you can reset your password with ULID Password Self-Reset.

If you have a ULID Self-Reset security question set up, you can use it to reset your ULID password.

To set up a security question for your ULID account, follow the directions below.
  1. Go to http://www.ilstu.edu/ulid.
  2. Click on ULID Password Self-Reset.
  3. Click on Configure a Self-Reset Question.
  4. Login with your ULID and password.
  5. Select one of the security questions from the drop-down menu.
  6. Type an answer to the security question you selected.
  7. Click Submit.
If you need to reset your ULID password, you will be required to answer your security question and supply other personal information, including your ULID, birth date, and University ID (UID) number.
