Installing the uPrint Pharos software for Windows
To use uPrint Mobile Printing, you must install the uPrint Pharos software.
To install the uPrint Pharos software on Windows XP, Window Vista, or Windows 7, do the following:
- Download the uPrint Pharos software.
- There are two versions of this software for Windows. One is for 32-bit Windows and the other is for 64-bit Windows. Make sure you download the appropriate file for your version of Windows. For more information, refer to 1478: How to determine if you are running a 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows.
- After the installer is finished downloading, double-click the file to begin installation.
- Click Accept after reading the end user license agreement.
- Click the Install button.
- Click Finish when the installation has completed.
The uPrint Pharos software adds a new printer named "ISU Mobile Printing" to your computer. When you print to this printer, you can pick up and pay for your print jobs at any of the uPrint stations located throughout campus.
