How to pick up and pay for your uPrint print job

After you print something using uPrint Mobile Printing, you may pick it up and pay for it at any of the uPrint locations.

uPrint Station Locations

When you print something with uPrint Mobile Printing, you may pick up your print job at any of the uPrint Stations, which can be found in:

  • Bone Student Center 1st Floor (near West stairwell)
  • Feeney Dining Center
  • Julian Hall 215
  • Milner Library 2nd Floor
  • Moulton Hall 1st Floor Kiosk
  • Stevenson Hall 250
  • Vrooman Lab
  • Watterson Hall Lab (service level)
  • Whitten Hall Lab
  • Williams Hall 1 Lab (basement)

Paying for Your Print Job

To pay for your print job, you must use your Redbird Card or a Guest Copy Card.

Students, faculty, staff, and retirees of the University may obtain a Redbird Card at the Redbird Card Office on the second floor of the Bone Student Center. Affiliates of the University may also obtain a Guest Copy Card using the cash-fed card machine on the second floor of Milner Library.

Picking Up Your Print Job

Follow the directions below to pick up and pay for your print job:

  1. Go to one of the uPrint Station locations (see the list above).
  2. Once you arrive at one of the uPrint pick-up stations, the uPrint screen saver will be running.
  3. Move the mouse to begin. 
  4. Enter your ULID and click Login
  5. Swipe your Redbird Card or Guest Copy Card using the attached card reader device.
  6. Select your print job in the list. It will have the name you gave it when you submitted the print job.
  7. The bottom of the screen shows the number of pages to be printed, the cost of the print job, and the current balance on your card.
  8. When you are ready, click the Print button at the bottom of the screen. 
  9. Then click the Logoff icon in the lower-left of the screen.
  10. Once you have paid for your print job, it will print on the attached printer.
