If you can log in to iCampus successfully, but cannot access your email due to an "Invalid Credentials" error, you should change your password.
When you log in to iCampus at http://www.icampus.ilstu.edu, you cannot view your Inbox.
The email channel in iCampus displays the following error:
Please enter your Webmail credentials
*** Invalid credentials, please try again ***
Not authorized to login as specified user
This problem is caused by an expired password. To resolve this problem, you should change your password, which will renew it for another 60 days and will allow you to access your email.
