Tracking attendee meeting responses in Outlook and Entourage

As a meeting organizer, you can find out which attendees have accepted and declined your meeting requests.

When you create a meeting and invite people, you are the meeting organizer. As the meeting organizer, you can find out which attendees have accepted or declined your meeting request; you can also see who has not yet responded. You can track the responses of your attendees in Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007, Entourage 2004, and Entourage 2008.

Track Attendee Meeting Responses

To track the responses of your meeting's attendees, do the following:

  1. Open Outlook or Entourage.
  2. Open your calendar.
  3. Locate a meeting you created and open it.
  4. Do one of the following:
    • If you are using Outlook, click Tracking.
    • If you are using Entourage, click View attendee status.
  5. Your attendees and their responses are shown here.
