Configuring Plantronics CS351N wireless headset to work with Cisco VOIP phones
You must configure your Plantronics CS351N wireless headset before you can use it with your Cisco VOIP phone.
With its default settings, the Plantronics CS351N wireless headset will not work with the Cisco VOIP phones. You must set the base station selector to 2.
If you don't complete these instructions, you will be unable to use the Plantronics CS351N wireless headset with your Cisco VOIP phone.
To configure your Plantronics CS351N base station, do the following:
- Assemble and connect the wireless headset and base station by following the manufacturer's instructions.
- Locate the numeric selector on the left side of the Plantronics CS351N base station. Notice that by default the base station selector is set to 1.
- Using a coin, like a quarter, turn the selector so it is set to 2.
You can now use the Plantronics CS351N wireless headset with your Cisco VOIP phone.
